I was de*****ed and will take this up with the Consumer Act

This company de*****ed me and sold me an MTN mobile upgrade package that didnt exist at the time (including a Galaxy 5 excersise watch). When I queried the issue, they confirmed that the problem was in fact on their side, and that no such a deal existed in the first place, but also that the watches were out of stock (to be delivered at a later stage). They now decide to call it my complaint "compensation of minutes" and is unwilling to send me the watch owed as per the order/upgrade promised.
