A ****! Your services are pathetic and extremely misleading!!! I was offered an upgrade on one of my numbers with a "free" phone. You guys then messed up all my contracts and invoiced the "free" phone on my other number, allocated all the data that was for both numbers to one number as the alleged "upgrade." I requested for a cancelation almost a month ago, now you and RAM couriers are playing the blame game with regards to facilitating the reverse logistics! Please collect and cancel your mess, and reinstate my initial contract with Vodacom!!!
