I renewed my contract so as to purchase a new device

I renewed my contract so as to purchase a new device. Terry-Ann assured me that the device comes with a watch but there was no watch received. I tried to call and emailed them but no response was received to date. I could find no other way of contacting them as the email is sent on their website with no direct email address provided. Aftercare leaves much to be desired
