Horrible service

This company has ruined my life 😔 I regret the day I made a call to them for a MTN contact which was completely wrong, I fought and fought for them to cancel it and it was eventually cancelled, but because they didnt do their work properly, my name has been handed over to ITC, I'm blacklisted for a cancelled contract which they themselves confirmed that it's cancelled, that was the massage I got from Amanda Lubbe who is their sales consultant. This year in November I contacted her about this problem, but she just escalated my email to their escalation department of which they asked me a few questions and then ignored me without sorting out my problem. Amanda Lubbe please fix this. You got back your SIM card and router over a year ago. Why am I suffering because of you???
