Frustrated
Shady company. Don’t know why did Vodacom outsource them because they might be the reason Vodacom looses clients. I requested a cancellation one number which was never done and now I have to pay for something I don’t need. And a sim only upgrade on another number but a handset which I never received was added. Called both the number but no one is picking up.
