Fred - MTN

Contacted MTN today as I have had a long standing dispute with them since last year November, only to have been put through to Fred, who was extremely calm, helpful and understanding. He assisted in providing me with all the relevant information of my account and where it currently stands and was a great help! I feel at ease knowing that I have been advised correctly as previous agents I have dealt with have given me 0 to no answer of what has happened thus far.
