I've had the worst experience ever with MTN, I insured my phone and had a problem with it but was never assisted, fine we move... on to the next stressful experience I was sold a wifi ruiter around November and told it'll be R400 inclusive of my cellphone contract and insurance that never happened, instead R800 was debited from my account which they never got hahaaa, ok now 3days later I received a SMS that I now owe R1500 for what ?? called instantly from December to pick up their ruiter which they never did. Thank God i called and the right person answered amd assisted me Fred. MTN will mess us your credit score, stress you out and get away with it.. I'm not going to any cent they might say I owe for the ruiter they sold to me with lies so they can get business. we all have our struggles nani dealani ne zenu and stop ******** us. jobs will be lost due to poor customer service and lies!!!!
