Fred was really helpful, friendly, explained the reason why my additional contract application was taking so long and even advised the timeframe.
His explanation made me understand the process as I was very upset at no feedback being given. However, after this interaction, I understood why and was informed what stage my application is at.
Great agent and customer service given, 10/10!
