********** cell phone contracts REWARDSCO / REWARDSCALL / REWARDS CO REWARDS CALL
Was sold a 300Mbps uncapped, unshaped, no “fair usage” home internet Alcatel AA/8872 router for R399/month, what was delivered was 10Mbps sim with an opening bill balance ***ed by me) of R758.10.
Now on my 3rd call to Vodacom (each well over 30 minutes) just to cancel the contract and it looks like I will be billed at-least R758.10 for the two speed tests that I run.
This is not just poor service, it is *****!
Stay clear of the following telesales calls Vodacom Rewardsco / rewardscall.
