***** and Identity Theft happens here
A contract was opened up in my name without my permission by this company. They advised me they will come back to me after doing their investigation, it's been 2 weeks, and no one has contacted me. Clearly, my private information is not safe with this company. They clearly allow for ***** and identity theft to happen in their organisation and have no regard for the protection of personal information.

An investigation was logged on 29th Nov and I was advised on 3 to 5 business days with feedback. 5 business days ended on 6 December 2022, it’s now 13 December 2022 which is another 5 days.
