MTN Rewardsco is a joke

Someone from Rewardsco company took out a contract in my name and approved it without my permission. I received an sms stating that i owe MTN R9300 and i immediately went to MTN store and thats where i was told that there was a contract taken on my name on the 24 November 2021. I called Rewardsco and they told me that they will investigate .My question is who gave them right to use my personal details and went as far as arranging a debit order ?

I am so disappointed that there are companies out there allowing such ***** to take place without doing all the necessary checks .
