False promises
Consultant phoned me this morning and said my MTN contract is due for a new phone. I said I am not interested. She then said I am paying too much for the data and airtime I am receiving and she can reduce my current payment to R140. This evening I get a message from debicheck to allow a monthly deduction of R982. I have rejected it. I hereby wish to retract my agreement with immediate effect. Please restore my account to what it originally was or I will cancel it all together. This is why people are reluctant to agree to things over the phone. I will never do it again, lesson learnt. Please sort this out ASAP.
