False advertising

I’ve had the worst experience with MTN and their affiliates rewardsco. I’ve signed up for the month to month deal and it has never worked a day. I’ve been sent from pillar to post by MTN as they refuse to take responsibility. I went to the MTN store in Newmarket and they refused to take the device back. This has caused me such an inconvenience because I paid upfront for a service that hasn’t been rendered. I’m disappointed by the level of accountability they lack. I need this thing taken back and this contract cancelled. I WILL BLOCK THE DEBIT ORDER and also want my refund!!!
