Excellent Quality Service

I got excellent service from Prince at Mondo. He was very diligent in assisting me with all unanswered questions and admitted when he was unclear. I was put on hold by another consultant who made me wait on thd line for 20 minutes and Prince made it his duty to call me me back and tell me my call was put through to him but the call was cut. It wasn't cut, I hung up because I don't believe in holding on to a call for more than 5mins. Thank you Prince for excellent quality service. I rate you a full 10
