Excellent customer service
I was provided excellent service by Mbuso. I was furious that I haven't received my parcel for 2 weeks now. Poor guy,he was so polite, empathetic and helpful. And the response was very satisfactory. I just had to calm down.Thank you again for your wonderful service.
