Erroneous
How can your company do a "hard search" about me and I got to see that on my clearscore portfolio. This is not acceptable! You cannot do a hard search on someone and ruin their portfolio or credit score who has nothing to do with you nor ever been associated in your products. Whatever you guys did, I want it undone. Fix the mess you made. You're ruining my profile!
