Empty Promises

Romy Nomis 3:22 PM I received a call on 2 November 2021 from Kayna Ndlovu, selling upgrades of my 2 children's phones. I accepted the offer and T&C's but only after I had asked if the phones (Iphone 12)s) were in stock and he promised they were and that they would be delivered in 3 working days. I asked him if he worked for Vodacom and he said yes, and gave me his details, name, surname and employee number 9549, however it seems there are now 2 issues here. 1 He does not work for Vodacom but rather for RewardsCo who Vodacom seemed to share my information with without my approval which I believe is ******* and 2. He made a promise to deliver the phones however there is not stock available as per an sms I received from Vodacom yesterday. I accepted the offer based on the call we had which included delivery of the phones in 3 days.. This is now not the case as there is no stock, actually to me it seems to be false information to make the sale. I am livid and as usual have been pushed from pillar to post when requesting assistance from Vodacom. Also Rewardsco does not allow you to call them only have a website. This is not cool
