DO NOT ANWER ANY CALLS FROM REWARDS CO , they are a bunch of ****mers. They contacted me to apparently save me money but instead costed me more money . The 1st made it seem as if I would be paying less for my current contract instead she added a new contract to my existing contract . I am not usually naive but I have been with Mtn for many years and had no issues until now . When i received my 1st bill after the call i received from rewards co, I noticed they were charging me double so they reviewed the call with the agent and found that she in fact did give me false promises . They said they would refund me and I will not be charged for cancellation . I had to make over 10 calls to rewards co before this could be sorted, eventually it was sorted although I was still charged cancellation fees of which was not my fault . I am so angry . There is no customer service .
