Disgraceful Customer Service

AVOID using this company at all costs. Without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I have been **** to and misled for the last 3.5 months, I was sold a phone by someone I thought was an agent from MTN, was told I could port my current cell number on receipt of my new phone. When I got my new phone, I discovered number porting was not possible from a contract to contract. I then cancelled my contract with MTN because they were unable to fulfill their part of the deal. Two and a half months after returning the device and cancelling my contract, I am R30,000 down. The full cost of the contract has been deducted from my account by MTN, despite the cancellation and return of the device AND being advised by Rewardsco at least 6 times directly on the phone that there would be no charge for the cancellation, It begs the question, does anyone actually know what they are doing at Rewardsco? In my experience and every time I have called to escalate this matter, I am told someone will call me back. Two and a half month's later, over 4 hours on the phone and a dozen phone calls, I am still waiting for someone to call me back and help me with this matter. Absolute disgrace of a business!
