Disastrous experience
The salesperson misled me when I was signing up. When the product did not work, no one wants to help me recover my R1070, after making numerous calls at least once every week since May. When I ask the agents to speak to their superior they put me on hold forever. This is the worst company I ever dealt with in my entire life.
