Dhanesh

I just spoke to Dhanesh, I had a problem and he assisted me with just a good and kind and patient aura. I do not like my experience I had with Mondo and MTN and my upgrade because I had to cancel it now. This guy Dhanesh was just an absolute star. He started off by explaining the process and how and what he can do for me and what he cannot do. I was a bit upset but Dhanesh just handles the situation so well I could not give him grieve. Customer service is of quality with Dhanesh. We need more like him. Thank you Huda
