"Deceptive Practices and Poor Customer Service

They contacted me to offer upgrades on my Vodacom lines, but I had a terrible experience with both the sales agent and customer care:

1. The sales agent was deceptive and misleading about the offers. An actual Vodacom representative later revealed crucial information that the agent had omitted. 2. The agent ended my call abruptly while I was asking a question after the conversation had concluded. 3. I was promised a callback by a customer care manager, but I never received it. 4. The sales agent also promised to send an email and SMS with important documents, but never did.
