Deceived by RewardsCo Sales Agent – Contract Processed Without Consent

I am extremely disappointed and angry with the way RewardsCo has handled my situation. I received a call from one of their sales agents who stated that he would provide me with a quote for a new phone package. He specifically assured me that: 1. I would not be charged extra for the remainder of my current contract, and 2. The process was only a quote, and I could opt out at any time if I chose not to proceed.

Based on this information, I agreed to receive the quote. However, to my shock, the agent went ahead and processed the order without my consent, resulting in a new contract being activated. This is completely unacceptable and dishonest.

The package that was processed is well beyond what I can afford, and I was never given an opportunity to review or approve it. To make matters worse, there is no way to contact the sales agent, and no one from RewardsCo has been willing to assist or rectify the situation.

This conduct is misleading, *********, and a clear case of misrepresentation.

I will not tolerate being misled and charged for something I never agreed to. RewardsCo needs to take accountability for the actions of its sales agents and ensure this does not happen to anyone else.
