I received a call from them offering a upgrade to my MTN wifi contract.

The consultant i spoke to offer me a 10mbps line uncapped no fair usage policy and not geolocked.

I spoke to him and confirmed several times the details of the contract and the fair usage policy i was told there was none.

Later my internet slowed down and all of a sudden there is a fair usage policy.

I have contacted them over the past 2 weeks and have been sent pillar to post.

They got me to cancel a old contract month to month to take this 2 year contract which is the same as my old one by lying.

After i finally spoke to a supervisor at rewards co they told me that they will investigate and if found valid they will terminate my contract.

They **** and offer no way to give the contract that was promised.

It has been a absolute nightmare to deal with them.

They have cost me a lot of time and money with canceling my existing contract and visiting the mtn store to give back routers.

They offer no way to compensate me or make thigs right.

Avoid them and the stress.
