Data sim

I took a contract with MTN through these people in December and it was a single contract that was delivered to my work place, when i opened the packaging i found 2 data sim cards and i had only asked for 1 contract, i haven't been able to get hold of these people ever since, i first requested a call back and the didn't call me back, i phoned the call centre and held on 30 minutes the first time and 40 minutes the second time, i found a email on Google and mailed them still nobody has returned my call, i cant afford to pay for both these data sims and a cancellation fee is charged.Im very unhappy with this service and i feel that ive been ******.
