Customer care service

I spoke to Amelia from customer care service, enquiring about my laptop that need to be fixed. She was so welcoming, friendly and made me feel comfortable, she was able to guide me on steps I should follow to have my laptop fixed, because the previous information I have with regard to fixing my laptop was misleading. I was satisfied with the information she gave me and she asked me if there was anything /questions she could help with. All my questions were answered.
