Customer Care Agent: Lintle Mondo review

Had a dispute with Mondo/Rewardsco.com for almost 3 months now (losing a lot of money and patience with Mondo) and the only customer service agent that was able to get this problem resolved in a day instead of dragging it on for weeks like the other agents was Lintle. Your service is highly appreciated and I hope your skills and knowledge on dealing with customers and their requests gets shared throughout the rest of the company!
