Contract issued without my consent

I am di dissapointed with the service I got.they made 2 contracts instead of one for me and when I try to contact them I'm not able to.last year they did the same thing again to me .the agents just want to make businesses at our expenses. No contact numbers to phone them directly as I'm being sent from pillar to post to get hold of them. Bad service ever I wonder how they do their contracts when you can't even cancel it when you want to
