Concern About Recruitment Practices & Questionable Review Culture
I am writing this review to warn consumers to look beyond the surface when assessing Mondo Mobile and their parent company, Rewardsco.
During my interactions with individuals who have gone through the Rewardsco/Mondo Mobile recruitment process, I became aware of something extremely concerning: potential agents were encouraged to write positive HelloPeter reviews during training or before final hiring decisions were made.
Whether or not this is an official policy, the impression created for many job-seekers is that leaving a glowing review might improve their chances of being hired. If this is happening — even informally — it is deeply troubling.
These are people who are often desperate for employment, and to suggest (directly or indirectly) that their chances of being hired depend on providing a positive public rating is ethically questionable. It creates a culture where job applicants feel pressured to provide praise in exchange for opportunity.
Instead of focusing on genuine customer service improvement, the perception is that the company prioritizes inflated ratings over honest feedback. This raises serious concerns about how trustworthy those “great ratings” really are.
I find this kind of environment disappointing because it sends the message that integrity is optional, and that success depends on compliance rather than honesty. For a company that sells contracts nationwide and impacts customers’ finances, this is unacceptable.
Consumers deserve to know that not all positive reviews reflect real customer experiences. And job seekers deserve a recruitment process that is fair, transparent, and free of pressure.
This is my personal experience and perspective, and I believe it absolutely deserves attention.
