Clarification

Got a call on Tuesday ( 04/06/2024) about a contract application that I have been meaning to complete for a phone. The went well and the lady did a credit check which showed that I qualify and I approved the Debi check.

Afterwards I an email with the completed subscriber application form The email stated " You've successfully app**** for your contract! We'll be in touch with the delivery details soon." Thank you!

The lady said my application has been approved and the courier people will call in 3 days to schedule a delivery. Now everyone is quiet , I called rewardsco today (07/06/2024) to ask about my status since the lady said approved , Mtn said processing and the guy on the call today told me that my application is approved yet not finalised.

I am worried , wont they debit my account when the day comes? Can i please get a clear response which is which.
