Good day RewardsCo.
I just want to congratulate you on the unprofessional way you conduct business. People phoning constantly to upgrade my Vodacom Contract. I have Never a will Never upgrade my Contract over a phone. About a month ago a lady phoned me to upgrade x3 contracts. I’ve said I’m not interested and put the phone down. Now today they phoned my wife harassing her and later phoned me to find out where they can deliver a Tablet that I’ve upgraded in June2024. My greatnessssss. We’re at the end of October 24 and now they want to deliver something that was never agreed upon. When I’ve asked the guy that was on the phone to send me a copy of the recording where I agreed to any upgrade he said he will and put the phone down. Every one that phoned me from this place was very rude. Just letting you know upgrading my contracts without my consent is ***** and I will deal with it accordingly.
