Cannot get anyone to assist me with a simple query
Someone called me about a special on a laptop with MTN, I want to accept, but before I do I have some questions, however I cannot get anyone to assist me. When I call people do not know what I am talking about. Someone called me from Rewardsco with the name of Lesley. Can anyone please get the info for me??? It's on the Mecer Smart 14" Celeron 4GB, 128GB laptop, with router for R199pm. I need to know if the laptop can only connect on LTE or on WIFI also. I will not accept the offer until someone assist me.

04 Feb 2022, 12:26I got hold of someone at MTN head office ***), they transferred me to someone at Rewards Co (that turns out to be Mondo) ***). The person informed me to take the laptop to ANY MTN, get a reference number and call the call centre back to give them the reference number in order to cancel the contract. As stated, I received the laptop yesterday and it is cheap quality and already giving me problems. I just came back from MTN Atterbury, where Patrick refused to assist me saying that if I leave the laptop there it will get lost. ***???!!! How do you respond to customers in such a way??? Get the facts right before advising someone to drive all the way to a store just to be turned away. Obviously you have a lot of money for petrol....I will not be driving around to take it in, you can come and collect it!!!!!
