Bunch of ****mers

I had a sim only deal with vodacom, this company offered me an upgrade which turned out to be a huge downgrade, I now pay more than what I used to pay before for less benefits mind you this is after their sales consultant advised the current offering with Vodacom would not be affected by the upgrade, I now no longer have the 10G data I used to, it's reduced to 650MB. After months of escalations I was told my simcard would be delivered and the 10G would be added to my package, this was on the 5th and today when I called to follow up I am told my order was cancelled as the courier company had an incorrect parcel, I was told someone senior would call me today (this was not the 1st promise that was not fulfilled), no one has called me back. When I try calling now the IVR says they work 8-5 Mon-Friday, what the hell because it is after 4 and not 5pm yet. I regret the day I agreed to this stupid upgrade offer.....Avoid this company for peace of mind. Oooh the device is also a piece of junk...it's already jamming and I only received it on the 27th of June.
