I had the absolute worst experience with Rewardsco. I was phoned by a sales lady who claimed that she was phoning me from MTN. As my cellphone was ****** I decided to take up her upgrade offer as she promised that there will be no penalties due to my loyalty to MTN. The next payment date I received a bill of R9000. This was bounced and my MTN contract has been suspended. I submitted a complaint and my claim was approved and deemed valid. Its been 3 weeks, Rewardsco is lagging with feedback and everytime I phone the I gat a different answer as to when they will pay for the damages.
