I would like to find out who gave you guys permission to debit R931.45 from my account? I did not agree to that amount at all, the amount agreed upon was R499.00 per month, WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON, I WANT MY MONEY BACK I will be phoning you guys and this matter will not be left there!!!!!! First you sell me a bull**** package that I was **** to and then you inform me that the agent was in the wrong and you gave her a final written warning but you don't sort my problem, then you don't give me my Makro voucher as promised and then you do THIS, BY TAKING MY DAMN MONEY WITHOUT CONSENT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHO THE HELL DO YOU PEOPLE THINK YOU ARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
