Be VERY careful

These agents Pretended to be Vodacom Direct , signed me into a 3 year upgrade and not the 2 years I wanted and spoke about and always do with my now 14 year contract. To make matters worse I have no recourse avenue as its only via call center lines of which they never answer three calls total wait time 34 minutes . still not spoken to a agent. looking more like **** artists to me Be very careful.
