Bad service provider

They gave me the phone on 21 April 2023,but the phone they gave has so many faults and they advised me to take the to Telkom shop but they say because 7 has passed they can only send to repair centre then they did on 9 May and after 3 weeks the phone was back,I collected the phone on 01 June but soon realised the phone still has problems,now refused to help me with the matter they say they can only assist me with repair centre again,how can they do that to me they sold me fault on purpose they was me to pay for it
