Bad service

One of the Rewardsco mtn sales agent called me offering me a contract upgrade, I refused. She then said she can reduce my installment but it's not an upgrade. Gave her a go ahead to do so. Same day I received an email saying I have upgraded. When I call them they say they can't cancel it while I did not give them a go ahead for an upgrade.
