Bad Service

I did an online upgrade for my cellphone contract on the 26th of October 2020. The contract was approved on the same day. When I called MTN they said that 'RewardsCo' is their external company that deals with their online upgrades. I have been with in contact with RewardsCo since the 26th and all they do is they will verify your details and tell you to hold on for more than 10 minutes, thereafter they just hang up on. I mean how rude is that, I dealt with two consultants from RewardsCo today the 29th, all o of them same thing. I still do not know when am I getting my device.
