Bad service

I took an upgrade with vodacom and this company does the contracts etc for various service providers... taking out the contract was easy and all departments and agents showed interest.. I decided to cancel the upgrade so the device was returned... trying to get through to the relevant department to cancel the deal was a total nightmare. Spoke to a female manager in the contract department, she was arrogant and showed no interest. To date I have still not had any luck with canceling and each time I am told someone would contact me but no one does... I also cannot understand how #Vodacom can deal with an unreliable company as this
