At ease agents

I received a call from the Mtn agent on Friday and she explained to me perfectly how the upgrade will work ,I asked for time to think over the weekend and she happily accepted and re-scheduled with me for a specific time on Monday morning to call again. As scheduled she called me and we carried through the deal ,it was a smooth and easy process and she was quite friendly and welcoming with the way she handled me and answered my questions ,that made me feel well at ease and comfortable to make a decision. She just sped up a bit through the customer care numbers but it’s not such a big issue. I am overall happy with the service and can definitely give this a 5 star rating
