Dont believe a word that comes out of their mouths. they are ****s and **** ARTISTS. Called me offering me a lower package (on behalf of Vodacom) as my contract had expired. After checking 3 times - NO this is not a contract NO this is not an Upgrade..... Bang Thank you tied for another 2 years on a package I DONT want and WITHOUT any device. No customer Care. Just a reference number that goes NO WHERE!!! Now I am stuck. Vodacom takes no responsiblity either. Even though this is a company they are affiliated too.
