Appalling "service"

Terrible - I was contacted to do an upgrade on my cellphone account. Felt pressured into. After agreeing that I would to do upgrade a package was selected & a device. I double checked on the pone with the consultant who did not seem to know the products either & went ahead. Today I received the device - it was incorrect. I contacted Vodacom & found out that the package I selected was also incorrect. I have since asked Vodacom to cancel my upgrade & would not recommend dealing with Rewardsco.com as I feel they are incompotent & dishonest
