Did an MTN cancelation. THe customer service was excelent we will see in 14 working days if my contract gets cancelled. Did not like to create a hellopeter account for this rating but I guess it is part of the KPI of MTN and I cant blame the agent. AGent spoke well and got me sorted quickly.
