Rewards Call lying to make sales

There is a company called Rewards call who's working as a third party for all South African mobile companies. They call you in regards to migrations and upgrades.

I was recently contacted to perform a Price Plan migration. The Migration was to a Price Plans giving more Data as i was getting 100 Min, 100 SMS's and 2 GB of Data. The data however was not enough. Insisting on having the call recorded, knowing something's I was promised wont happen we (myself and the sales representative Dian Pillay) continued with the migration. I asked said and asked that i will consider the migration if i keep the minutes im getting. I was told i will, i was also told i will only pay an additional +/- R86 on top of what i was currently paying now and there is no additional charges (in other words, no migration fee)

Two months later, i'm no longer getting the minutes i was promised and on top of all of this i was billed R1300 instead of R985.

So my suggestion is ignore any call where they want to migrate or upgrade you especially from this "Rewards call" company who works as a 3rd party company for Cell C, MTN, Vodacom
