Worst experience ever, not recommending to anyone

In all my online shopping experience, I have never experienced something this worst, order a used Laptop which according to their website it will be delivered 4 days after ordered, which will be on the 3rd of June 2026. I missed my exams and crucial assignments cause the laptop has not been delivered yet (8 June 2026), stuck at the customs and Revibe often fails, according to Google, to declare properly the packages. The shipment will be handed over to the State warehouse if it exceeds more than 14 calendar days in the bonded facility following the arrival of the shipment in South Africa and will be released upon payment of R5000 fee. Lots of paperwork and I must apply for a permit that will take 7 working days for it to be processed. I also blame myself for not doing my research before, I can't even cancel the order. Worst
