Worst experience ever
I ordered an iPhone 11 received the device on the 02/12/2025 four days later it started giving problems, the screen just went blank and it wasn’t responding. I logged a warranty claim with them, which I then cancelled because the phone started working a few hours later. On the 25/12/2025 I experienced the same issue with the phone, I then logged another warranty claim with them. The phone was collected(in good condition no damage) shipped back. I was then informed that the warranty wasn’t successful because the phone had physical damage and I have to pay to have the phone repaired plus shipping fees for the phone to be shipped back. I didn’t agree to the fees and requested a refund, they also don’t want to refund my money back or ship the phone back with no fees.
I hope you’re doing well.
We understand your request to have the device shipped back without covering any costs. However, please note that when a warranty claim is found to be invalid, the shipping fees for returning the device are the customer’s responsibility, as per our policy.

As for your request for a refund, we clearly state that a refund is only possible if the claim was raised and shipped in the 1st ten days, however you canceling the claim and raising again one month later does not count as within the first 10 days.
We will be happy to ship the device back once the shipping fees are covered.
Thank you for your understanding.
