Unfair treatment

I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max from Revibe on 19 February 2025, which was delivered on 26 February 2025.

Unfortunately, the device began experiencing screen flickering issues on 27 February, and I immediately logged a warranty claim. The phone was collected on 4 March for repair.

Since then, the device has been in transit and is currently on hold with DHL in Europe. This delay is extremely concerning, especially considering the device became defective shortly after. On mails revibe is constantly telling me to wait until they receive the device and my question is how long should I wait?

As the seller, Revibe is responsible for ensuring that defective products are resolved within a reasonable time. The ongoing delays are causing unnecessary inconvenience and stress.

Please advise urgently on the status of the repair and provide a clear resolution. If the issue cannot be resolved promptly, I would like to request a replacement device or refund in line with the Consumer Protection Act. It is almost month end meaning I'll be paying for a phone that never worked. PJN needs to look into this.

I look forward to your prompt response.
