Trashy service, trashy phones

If it was possible for me to rate it no star at all I would, they're horrible with their horrible phones. Ordered a Samsung S22 for my brother (prestine quality) upon arrival it had a vertical line on one side of the screen but we didn't think much of till my brother dropped it on the kitchen counter while he was charging it was not a huge fall but it stopped working completely. I reported the matter and logged a return which was rejected.
