Trash experience
Absolute trash communication. My iPhone 16 pro has a problem with the screen a week after purchase. They canceled my claim a day before the courier can collect the device. I can also no longer log in to my account due to "bug". They are also refusing to communicate with me

The login bug you mentioned is being actively resolved and has already been fixed for most customers. Please try again in 48 hours to log a new claim.
Regarding the device pick-up, we have emailed you instructions to hand over the device at the nearest DHL facility, as their manpower is currently limited and at full capacity however you have ignored that email entirely.

11 Mar 2026, 14:33Yes you can certainly hand it over but you will need to raise a new claim and link it to that shipment air way bill once the bug us fixed, the team will then work on it normally.

30 Mar 2026, 17:30I have received the device back following the repair, however I am not satisfied with the outcome.
The display appears to be incorrectly fitted or replaced with a non-original component. The bezel alignment is uneven, with the bottom noticeably thicker than the top, which was not the case prior to the repair. This indicates that the device has not been restored to its original standard.
In addition, the device was returned without a charger, which is also unacceptable.
As a customer, I expect my device to be returned in proper working condition and with parts that meet original specifications. This is not the case here.
Given the above, I do not accept this repair. I request that you arrange collection of the device and issue a full refund.
Please confirm the next steps.
